Documents for Invitation

The competence of the international department includes:
The cooperation with the official representative of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the State Enterprise Ukrainian State Center for International Education; (USCIE) on the issuance of invitations and informational support to applicants (link: https://studyinukraine.gov.ua/).

To receive an invitation for training in Ukraine, the applicant applies to the international department of PEHE DIMH in personally or through the representative (firm-contractor) at:  dimh@kmu.edu.ua, submit the following documents:

– Copies of the first page of the passport;
– scan of the document on previous education with the received marks (grades) for the studied subjects in English (Graduation Certificate);
– Scan of the completed personal data processing consent;
– In case of cooperation with the contracting company, the entrant provides a power of attorney to receive the invitation, filled in by hand.

After reviewing the documents, the Institute issues an invitation to study, which meets the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine on the form.
